Dan Nicholl Show fourth season premiers in style

The Dan Nicholl Show (TDNS) is back for a fourth season and although
it will return to South African screens in its standard one hour-long
format, the new season is going to be bigger and better than ever
before. With a new look in a new studio, the first episode of TDNS
premiered on SuperSport 1 on 21 September 2016 at 19:00.

As in previous seasons of TDNS, each episode will showcase South
Africa's most popular celebrities and sports stars who will share
their past, present and future. To kick the show off, the guest
line-up includes 2016 Olympic silver medallist Lawrence Brittain,
comedy magic champion Stuart Taylor and former Springbok scrum half,
Fourie du Preez.

With BrightRock yet again as its headline partner, the show will once
more be filmed in front of an intimate studio audience and the
#LoveChange showcase will continue to feature some very special gifts
from the shows guests.

To further add to the excitement of the new season, the second episode
of TDNS will be filmed at the prestigious 'BrightRock Play the Bounce
Banquet' for a special two-hour broadcast. This annual gala event,
attended by the Springboks, raises funds and awareness for the Chris
Burger Petro Jackson Players' Fund, which supports rugby players who
have suffered life-changing spinal and head injuries. Recorded at the
banquet, the show will also have an all-star line-up which includes:
arguably Springboks' most successful captains Morné du Plessis;
stand-up comedian, actor and director Kagiso Lediga as well as 2016
Olympic silver medallist Sunette Viljoen.

Season four will also see high-profile guests like Barry Hilton,
Minnie Dlamini, Alan Committie, Minki van der Westhuizen and Faf du
Plessis make their debuts on the show, while the weekly inserts will
include a visit to New York to catch up with Trevor Noah's head writer
David Kibuuka, a unique wildlife charity project with Kevin Pietersen
and a boxing showdown between Dan and pop icon Ronan Keating.
