Pogba set for Manchester United return

Get this right! In his first press conference as the Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho hinted that more signings are on their way.

Well, news has it that Manchester United are closing in on a transfer for Paul Pogba. And it could happen by the end of this week.

According to AS, the Old Trafford outfit have now agreed personal terms with the Juventus midfielder and they will table a bid of 120 million Euros next week.

Pogba, who was instrumental in France's Euro 2016 campaign, is believed to also be a target for Real Madrid, but word has it that Los Blancos are not prepared to match United’s offer for the player. It is understood that the player prefers a move to Real Madrid as well and will only consider joining Mourinho’s side if he has no other option.

Seasoned Spanish sports journalist Guillem Balague has claimed in his report for AS that Pogba has an agreement with United which will see him earn 13.5 million Euros per season. Manchester United have also agreed to pay Juventus’ asking price and the English side will also pay his agent Mino Raiola a commission of 25 million Euros.

The report also adds that Ed Woodward hopes to seal the deal next week and has arranged a meeting with Juventus.

There you have it. Will Pogba be a great United addition?
