KWV Scoops International Award

Award-winning, proudly South African brand, KWV has been named one of the World’s Top 50 Most Admired Wine Brands for the fourth year in a row.

KWV is the only SA brand to achieve such status in an internationally recognised platform.

Votes were based on many factors namely; the wine should be of consistent or improving quality; it should reflect its region or country of origin; it should respond to the needs and tastes of its target audience; it should be well marketed and packaged and it should have strong appeal to a wide demographic.
De Bruyn Steenkamp, Global Sales & Marketing Director for KWV said, “This is an outstanding achievement in our eyes. Being ranked as one of Drinks International’s World’s Top 50 Most Admired Brands for the fourth consecutive year is a great achievement and really speaks to the journey the company has been on over the past 5 years.”

KWV boasts over 930 awards since 2011, obtaining 320 this year.
