A beauty pro has been brutally trolled online after some people insisted her pedicure resembled a bunch of bruises.
The team member at atelier+LIM, from Japan, received the harsh feedback after uploading a snap of a client's pedicure on Instagram.
The post racked up thousands of likes, as people raced to comments to share their thoughts.
The stick-on nails caused quite the debate, as some insisted the design resembled bruises.
The fresh pedicure, believed to be stick-on nails, had come in a wide range of different designs, the post revealed.
Each toe had a unique glossy print, ranging from a darker burgundy colour to an orange ombre-effect complete with a brown tip.
Other stick-on nails included a big toe with a blue tip and a green undertone, a little sparkly number, as well as a muted purple nail with a slight grey tint to it.
The price of these the salon, which also specialises in brow treatments, did not disclose.
However, one thing was certain - the reaction amongst fellow social media users was mixed, as hundreds raced to comments to share their thoughts.
Some, it appeared, were rather fond of the look - whilst others thought the feet looked bruised.
