A nursing mother has revealed she lost 60 pounds, and she loves to eat bacon for breakfast every day.

TikToker AnnaGrace Simon (@annagracesimon_) showed the foods she eats in a day to drop 60 pounds after having her son.
"I eat weird," she captioned her video, adding that she sticks to a dairy-free, high-protein diet.
"Here's what I eat in a day as a nursing mom down 60 pounds since having her baby," the influencer said.
AnnaGrace's largest meal is breakfast.
"My favorite part of my day is waking up and eating bacon," she said. "I love bacon.
"Bacon is the best part of my morning, besides kissing my little man," she added.
But AnnaGrace has more than bacon for her first meal of the day.
"I try to keep it high protein for breakfast," she said. "So I'm literally eating two pieces of bacon, two eggs, and an Angus burger."
The influencer then goes for a walk with her son outside before it gets too hot.
She has an attached stroller fan to keep her baby cool, which fans on TikTok loved.
The influencer told her followers that she likely purchased it via Amazon.
AnnaGrace continued to eat low-carb for her second meal of the day.
"For lunch today I had some Caesar salad with some tomato balsamic chicken and it slapped," she said.
AnnaGrace uses the dairy-free Caesar dressing from Panera, she told a follower in her comments section.
She had some mandarin oranges as a snack and some PB Fit in a bowl as a snack.
"I know that's weird, but I don't know, breastfeeding. That's all I'm gonna say," she said.
Her dinner was turkey sausage with rice, and the final snack of the day was some peaches.
