The influencer showed off what her hair looked like before the finished dye job.
Her healthy long brown hair was tinged with brown balayage as the colorist prepped it for the new color.
She revealed she asked for an ashy blonde balayage, pulling up a photo of the hair she requested.
Her results, unfortunately, were not satisfactory as she revealed the damaged hair she was left with after her visit to the salon.
Not only was her hair not blonde, but it was a frizzy red-brown color.
She showed off how her roots were untouched and pointed out all the different and uneven splotches of color in her hair, including brown, red, and blonde.
"I cried for two hours, today was a really bad day for me, worst balayage I ever saw," she said.
People took to the comments to share their condolences — many hoped that she wasn't charged for the bad service.
"I'm so sorry this happened to you, I hope you didn't pay her at all," said one commenter.
Jasmin revealed that she refused to pay full price: "50 percent," she replied.
