A celebrity fitness trainer has revealed that a Real Housewife looked so good working out, he named an exercise after her.
Fitness pro Isaac Boots may specialize in toning the bodies of big stars, but he also told The U.S. Sun about the "easiest thing you can do" to stay in shape.

Also a Broadway dancer and choreographer, Isaac Boots has trained and worked with superstars across the entertainment industry.
His clients have included Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Ripa, Vanessa Hudgens, Ariana Grande, Priyanka Chopra, Hugh Jackman, and Brooke Shields.
During the pandemic, Boots regularly did daily Instagram Live workouts and raised over $1.5 million for the charity No Kid Hungry.
His live streams became so popular that notable Hollywood figures joined in.
One particular Bravo star caught his attention.
"We named our side leg extension after Lisa Rinna because, during our first live stream fundraiser, she looked so damn good doing it," he said.
In addition, he dubbed the side arm plank with pulses the Lizzie Tisch "because she always said it was the hardest."
But while those stars really worked a sweat, Boots isn't above finding easier ways to stay active.
He launched an exclusive activewear collection on September 8, Torch'd Powered by Kilogear, which is designed to help burn more calories and fat faster while getting toned.
Each pair of leggings, shorts, and top is designed with built-in weight pockets that can be bought pre-loaded with small weights.
This can amplify results, target key muscle groups, and activate them to work harder with each movement.
"The easiest thing you can do is wear your workout and that's the beauty of my partnership with Kilogear," Boots told The U.S. Sun.
He said the eight pieces burn up to 40 percent more calories throughout the day when worn.
When coupled with his high-performance fitness gear, he promised that it gives you the most bang for your buck by putting in less effort and still seeing results.
"Adding in small workout moves while wearing pieces from the collection will also get you even more results," he added.
Boots shared a few signature workout tips that work just as well with or without his brand if you don't want to go to the gym or prefer to exercise at home.
He recommended upper and lower body workouts while wearing the weighted arm or leg bands, $40, or weighted booty lift leggings, $130.
Boots claimed that leg lifts and circle rotations will tone, activate, and target your core muscles with the added weights in the gear.
He also emphasized the importance of movement in your everyday life.
"I am a firm believer in staying in motion as much as possible, and the easiest thing you can do is walk," he said,
"If you're going for dinner with friends, book somewhere you can walk easily to."
If you're interested in another exercise that is a bit more intense, Boots recommended a "simple arm series of circles and flips."
"You can do this standing or on your knees," he said. "Engage your core. Put on a song with a good beat.
