A makeup artist has urged beauty consumers to steer well clear of three popular products.
She said they were merely wasting your money splashing their cash on them.
If that wasn't enough, she also added that two of these facial creams could even make your face look worse.

"Don't buy these products," said Selena (@selenamup), a professional cosmetician with a huge following of 481,000.
"Makeup products I would not purchase from a makeup artist," she said in her post.
First on her list were primers and she figured they were a "waste of money."
She explained some more: "Unless you're using primers for a specific issue like oily skin, they're a waste of your money."
Another detail might seal the deal: "A lot of the time, primers can actually make your makeup look worse, which is not what we want.
"I just woudn't put it under my foundation if I was you."
Second to come under her beady eye were setting sprays, and she considered them not fit for purpose.
"[They] don't do anything. They might feel nice on your skin, but they're not doing anything to hold your makeup on."
Despite assurances that they could, Selena said they did not keep makeup on all day – and even worse.
"And guess what? A lot of these can make your makeup look terrible if you use too much."
Finally, she thought full-size mascaras were a "waste of your money."
"Honestly, full-size mascaras harbor bacteria and you're only supposed to use them for about three months.
"The chances of you using the whole bottle in three months is pretty slim."
She continued: "They are expensive and you just don't get enough use of them for them to be worth the money."
But there was little consensus for her list judging by the comments to her post.
"My setting spray works and also make it look more natural," was the experience of this beauty fan.
Similarly for this person: "Primer was a game changer for me. My foundation looks amazing."
"Respectfully I live in Texas and its 112F in the summer and primer and setting spray 100% matter," was the view of this lady.
There were some who concurred: "Agree with all of this, especially the primer and setting spray,"
This fan's beauty habits got a frosty reaction: "I've been using my mascara since 2020 and still haven't finished," she said.
Selena simply said: "Stop it."
