The influencer posts videos about her life as a nurse for her 26,000 followers.
In a recent clip, Mahalia filmed herself interviewing her grandma on her birthday and asking how old she is.
Her grandma was shown wearing white skinny jeans with rips in the thigh, a tight black v-necked shirt, and strappy black wedge sandals.
Her hair was in a ponytail and she was posing with her hand on her hip as her granddaughter questioned her.
When she tells Mahalia she's 64 today, the younger girl said: "I feel like they won't believe you, you look 20!"
In the next shot, her grandma strutted in front of the camera and began dancing for the camera.
Mahalia cheered: "Birthday girl!" as her grandma danced in a circle and raised her arms above her head.
Commenters shared Mahalia's amazement at her grandma's youthful looks.
