These are the words of Casendra Malinga, the owner of Casalinga Tours.
Like many innovative entrepreneurs, Malinga started her business through social media when lockdown did not allow for many other options.
She has branded herself as a travel company. "I started my business to help people explore their own province and discover the hidden gems of Mpumalanga; and also, to change the world.
"It may seem like a lofty goal for you right now, but my business really could change the world, simply by people coming together and enjoying nature and staying far from negative thoughts!"
Malinga's signature "move" is the picnic. On your typical outing with her you will be have a lovely picnic pallet, pillows, cheeseboards and some decor to add to your experience with nature.
She said she appreciates the community's support in her business simply because a lot of people are healing through this journey of chasing nature and discovering the beauty of Mpumalanga.
"I also think it is positive for the locals to showcase the province because we have got a lot to offer!"
