sprung up from nowhere and she has claimed her place in South Africa's
entertainment books.
Wololo hitmaker Babes Wodumo has become one of the most popular stars
in Mzansi at the moment and word on the streets is that events
managers are jostling for her performances. The Durban song and dance
star doesn't just boast of having the song of the moment.

The 22 year old was featured on Grazia magazine recently and she spoke
about her decision to leave her modelling agency and pursue a music
career.
"I believe you should know your worth and not get stuck in unhealthy
situations just for the sake of being a part of something," she said.
Babes Wodumo stated that the left the agency as she felt it was time
she stood for herself.
"I've never been afraid to stand up for myself or my loved ones. My
decision to leave the agency was based on proving a point to myself-
that I should never compromise myself, regardless of the situation,"
she added.
