DStv has introduced the brand new Guinness World Records Smashed UK show on Discovery Family – channel 136. The new show will premiere on July 12 at 9pm.
The new show brings human achievement to life in front of a live studio audience, inviting famous faces and members of the public to rise to the challenge and attempt new world records.
In order to smash existing records, each episode will feature a series of big-scale and somewhat perilous challenges, alongside the funny and slightly bizarre.
Presenters Steve Jones and Konnie Huq will try their hands at various challenges, with the studio audience also involved in a series of surprise record attempts – all in an effort to eclipse the celebrities and world class athletes who feature in the extraordinary record book.
