A cleaning fan has revealed the bizarre 'hack' she uses to keep her bathroom smelling fresh.
The cleaning fan insists it's a game changer but it has left people horrified.
Natalie said: "I would say like nine times out of 10 the first thing they say when they walk into our house is that your house smells so good."
She said although she follows this hack she also uses other methods to keep her house smelling clean.
Natalie says she believes her 'hack' is the game changing method that makes her bathroom smell fresh.
"But this is one of the easiest ways to make a bathroom smell good."
The cleaning fan said she wasn't sure if the 'hack' has caused any damage to her toilet but hadn't noticed anything amiss.
She said: "I'm not a plumber so maybe this would screw up your toilet but it's never screwed up my toilet
Natalie revealed she pours fabric softener in the back of her toilet to make it smell fresh.
She said: "You take a little bit of fabric softener I like Downy and that's what I always have but you probably used whenever you have
"Take the back of your toilet tank off and you just pour some in their and then when you flush
She added: "It lasts probably two or three flushes when you flush then your whole bathroom smells like fresh linen."
