This is according to annual, international research, undertaken by the Top
Employers Institute, based in The Netherlands, which recognises leading employers around the world - those that provide excellent employee
conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the
organisation and which strive to continuously optimise employment
practices.
At the certification dinner at the Sandton Convention Centre, Andre Muller – Human Resource Director of Pernod Ricard South Africa said - "It is a great honour to have been certified as a Top Employer and is recognition of the emphasis on and effort we put into attracting, retaining and developing people at Pernod Ricard."
