David Finlayson Sauvignon Blanc 2021/2022
This softer, rounder version of sauvignon blanc than most modern-day examples is a nod to the French style of the Loire.
Crisp, clean acidity is met by a creamy midpalate. This goes well with seafood dishes, particularly sushi, as well as a pizza topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
It retails for about R90 a bottle.
