Zoleka Mandela is a two-time breast cancer survivor. She recently celebrated 6 years cancer free and took the opportunity to share her journey in photos.
Her post was all about just how she was able to beat cancer not once, but twice.
Zoleka was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2012 and had both her breasts surgically removed.
"I had a Bilateral Mastectomy (removal of both my breasts and breast tissue with immediate reconstruction, performed by Dr. Slabbert – tissue expanders were then inserted and replaced with breast implants soon after."
Zoleka ends her post by writing: "…I am a two time Breast Cancer survivor and currently living my life Cancer free!"
