Celebrated business woman, actress and producer Connie Ferguson was recently unveiled as the cover star of the fifth-anniversary issue of Forbes Woman Africa magazine.
Connie Ferguson (née Masilo) is a Motswana actress born in Lobatse, Botswana. In 1994 she made her debut on South Africa's most popular Soapie, Generations. In October 2014 she agreed to reprise her role as Karabo after a three-year absence from Generations. She and Shona have been married for 15 years and they are still clearly smitten by each other as the first day they met. They have been dubbed SA's power couple, not only because of the bond they share at home but also because of the amazing team team they make as film producers.
Connie and Shona have two beautiful children, and most recently became grandparents when their eldest daughter, Lesedi gave birth to a baby boy.
Connie has continued being a leading light and an exceptional inspiration amongst women worldwide. She is undoubtedly that influencer whose light will never dim.
