Beauty enthusiast shares free hack of getting rid of visible signs of aging around her eyes - with zero skincare

A glamorous woman has revealed how she avoids getting the visible signs of aging around her eyes.

She claimed expensive beauty products aren't necessary for preventing crow's feet and fine lines from forming.


Sid (@sidandlisten) has garnered a whopping 25,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her favorite face exercises.

She took to the social media platform claiming that regularly working the muscles around her eyes helps to keep her skin youthful.

She shared her method, saying: "Take your two fingers and place one right here and the other right here.

"You're going to do this, kind of like spreading them apart very gently."

The beauty guru placed one finger above her eye and one underneath.

She held her hand at an angle as if stretching the skin to widen her eye.

She continued: "You're gonna take your index finger and place it right at the corner like so.

"Next you're going to try to raise your lower eyelids kind of like a squint.

"I want you to keep your eye open as wide as possible when you're doing this."

The text over the video added: "Try to see if you can move the lower eyelid faster for an added challenge. It's okay if you start blinking.

"Do you see how the lower lid is moving up? This is building the mind-to-muscle connection."

Sid repeated the face exercise on her other eye as she encouraged viewers to open their eyes as wide as possible.

She explained that the finger placement forces the muscles on the outer eye to work while those above and below are prevented from working.

"You're going to do 25 reps on each side. You're going to be sore and it's going to hurt, but it's going to be a good hurt," she added.

She captioned the post: "This one works the muscles you've never worked before."

She included the hashtags #crowsfeettreatment and #crowsfeetbegone which made the video go viral with over 5,000 views.

Hundreds of people liked the video and thanked Sid for sharing it while asking for more anti-aging tips.
