Reality TV star Mpho Wa Badimo embarks on a new career path

Reality TV star Mpho wa Badimo is taking a break from television to pursue her music career. The winner of Big Brother Africa season three is excited to finally embark on this new journey and is set to release her first single, "Bonga," next month.

Born as Michelle Dimpho Mvundla, Mpho gained a large following during her time on the 24-hour reality TV show last year. Despite appearing on her estranged husband Themba "Themba Broly" Mabaso's reality show, "Themba: My Inked World," she is determined to make a name for herself in the music industry.

"Mpho has always had a passion for music, but she struggled to find the right people to support and motivate her to pursue her dream," she shared. "In 2019, she finally found the inspiration and now her dream is becoming a reality."

When asked about her musical influences, Mpho explained that many people have contributed to her love for music. She also draws inspiration from the successful female artists currently dominating the music scene.

With her debut single just days away from release, the 29-year-old describes "Bonga" as a way to express her gratitude to her fans for supporting her during difficult times. The song also pays homage to her ancestors, who have given her the strength to overcome challenges.

Mpho wa Badimo is excited to showcase her talent in the music industry and hopes that her fans will continue to support her on this new journey.
