She shared photos of fine hair that was transformed with a natural solution that helps to regain volume and health.
Caroline said: "Do you suffer from thinning temples and hair loss?
"Listen up, rosemary is your best friend.
"I like to take a bundle of this and chop it up, pour some water over it until it's covered.
"Then I let it boil for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the concentration that you'd like to have."
Caroline placed a handful of rosemary that she had cut from her garden in a small pot of water to boil.
She waited until the rosemary had softened and the water was a muddy green color before straining it.
She continued: "When the rosemary begins to look like this, you'll need to take it off and filter it so you don't get any excess rosemary.
"Find an empty spray bottle, and pour the mixture in.
"When you're applying it remember to have towel-dried hair and section your hair.
"Spray into the roots that's really important. I like to do smaller sections to get a lot of product in there.
"When I'm done with that I massage it and that is that."
She captioned the post: "Results within four to six months."
She recommended storing the serum in the fridge for no longer than two weeks before making a fresh batch.
