I've loved Bio-Oil since the very first oil came to market, and I'm always excited to see what they have to offer when a new product launches.
This relatively new Body Lotion took me somewhat by surprise. I expected a Bio-Oil body lotion to be thick and some what oily.
What I wasn't expecting was a lotion thinner than any other lotion in my stash that absorbs instantly, yet offers some of the best hydration I've encountered.
The fluid is extremely thin in consistency, yet has a very high oil content. The water and oil is tightly bound together in the emulsion, and before you can use the lotion, you need to shake the bottle to ensure it is mixed.
But enough about the formulation. What I really love about this product is the results. My skin tends to be dry all year round, but winter is particularly harsh, leaving me scaly and flaky.
The Bio-Oil Body Lotion has solved that problem for me. Not only does my skin feel softer and smoother, but it also looks more even and radiant.
I've since also started applying it to the back of my hands and my skin is looking plumper and much healthier.
I love that it's unscented – it doesn't clash with my deodorant and is suitable for sensitive skins.
Plus, it's vegan and cruelty-free, paraben and preservative-free, and packaged in
recyclable materials.
